Types of packaging
Description of the types of packaging materials we offer
Stretch wrap is a highly elastic plastic material used to wrap and secure products on pallets. It provides excellent load stability, protects against dust and moisture, and is commonly used in the logistics and shipping industries. Its stretchability ensures a tight and secure fit, minimizing the risk of damage during transport.
Hand stretch wrap:
Hand stretch wrap is called “hand” because it is used for manual packaging of goods. It is available in two color options: transparent and black.
It is typically wound on a core with a weight range of 240 g to 680 g. The film thickness can be customized to meet the customer’s requirements. The most commonly used film thicknesses range from 8 microns to 35 microns.
Machine stretch wrap:
Machine stretch wrap is called “machine” because it is used for packaging goods with wrapping machines.
This type of stretch wrap is most commonly used in manufacturing companies with higher production volumes. We offer the option of supplying stretch films in different colors or with UV stabilizers.
The thickness of the film can, like with hand stretch wrap, be customized to meet customer requirements. The most commonly used film thicknesses range from 8 microns to 35 microns. We typically provide machine stretch wrap in a standard width of 500 mm. To meet the needs of our customers, we can also supply stretch films with non-standard widths of 250 mm, 750 mm, and 1000 mm if required
Jumbo stretch wrap:
Jumbo stretch wrap is typically supplied with a width of 500 mm and a thickness ranging from 8 to 30 microns. The weight of the Jumbo stretch wrap is 50 kg, which makes it ideal for further rewinding into standard consumer rolls. This makes Jumbo stretch wrap more efficient, economical, and cost-effective compared to regular stretch film.
“Grenade” stretch wrap:
It belongs to the group of hand stretch films, meaning no wrapping machine is required for its application. Granulate stretch film is characterized by its MINI size and is named “grenade” because its shape resembles a military hand grenade. It is available in two color options: transparent and black.
We offer marking tapes, double-sided tapes, crepe tapes, PVC tapes, colored adhesive tapes, tapes with varying adhesive strengths, and tapes in various sizes.
PP (Polypropylene) adhesive tapes:
They are characterized by long lifespan and high resistance to UV radiation. The adhesive tapes are available in transparent or brown versions.
They are available in three types of adhesive:
Solvent adhesive
Acrylic adhesive
Hot-melt adhesive
Printed adhesive tapes:
The adhesive tape with printing differs from the classic adhesive tape in that it provides a unique presentation and advertisement for the company in one. It is available with a three-color print plus one background color. The standard background colors are white, brown, or transparent, but it is not a problem for us to produce tape with any background color upon request.
Crepe paper adhesive tape:
Crepe adhesive paper tape is a versatile and flexible tape made from crepe paper, known for its excellent conformability and ease of use. It is commonly used in applications where a high level of adhesion is required, such as for masking in painting or light-duty bundling and sealing. The tape provides clean removal without leaving residue, making it ideal for temporary applications. It is available in various widths and is often used for surface protection, as it adheres well to a variety of surfaces.
The purpose of strapping tape is to secure goods on a pallet. The most commonly used types are PP (polypropylene) strapping tapes, PES (polyester) strapping tapes, and PET (polyester) strapping tapes.
PP (Polypropylene) strapping tapes:
They are used for both manual and machine strapping. Metal and plastic strapping clips can be used to secure the tape, or it can be welded using heat.
On the market, they are most commonly available in black. In case of a request, it is necessary to define the strap width, strap thickness, required winding, and core diameter.
PES (polyester) strapping tapes:
They are used for manual or machine strapping, to bind boxes and various products, which are mostly stored on pallets.
Metal and plastic strapping clips can be used to secure the tape, or it can be welded using heat. On the market, they are most commonly available in white. In case of a request, it is necessary to define the strap width, winding, type of fiber, and core diameter.
PET (polyester) strapping tapes:
They are used for manual or machine strapping to bind boxes and various products, which are mostly stored on pallets.
Metal and plastic strapping clips can be used to secure the tape, or it can be welded using heat. On the market, they are most commonly available in green. In case of a request, it is necessary to define the strap width, strap thickness, winding, and core diameter.
They are used to protect goods during transportation, storage, or handling. The use of protective corners is an effective way to prevent damage from impacts.
Production can be customized in various lengths and material thicknesses, depending on the customer’s requirements. L profiles are commonly available. Another positive feature is their easy recyclability, as they are made from eco-friendly materials.
Its purpose is to protect goods from shocks and mechanical damage during transportation and storage. It is used for packaging ceramics, glass products, furniture, and various components. It is easily recyclable, resistant to water and moisture, and can easily conform to the shape of the product, providing perfect protection against damage.
Bubble wrap can be supplied as:
rolls
bags
pre-cuts
envelopes
It is a packaging material with protective properties, primarily used for sound and thermal insulation. The characteristic features of polyethylene foam include water resistance, chemical resistance, flexibility, and, not least, its long lifespan.
Due to its easy recyclability, it is environmentally friendly and non-hazardous to health. The most common forms of supply are rolls and pre-cuts. To increase product protection against damage, we can manufacture protective corners and edges from polyethylene foam upon customer request, which maintain the original condition of the product not only during transport but also during storage and handling.
